We've been wanting to offer Cord boards for a while, Markie Lascelles is right up there with the best shapers around, so we're super stoked to finally bring them to our customers.The Sunseeker is made for shortboarders looking for a lazy day alternative, longboarders looking for something a bit more versatile or surfers just starting their surfing journey and looking for their first board. It's a must for longboarders who are looking for something more manoeuvrable, shortboarders who are looking for a summer cruiser or beginners who are looking for their first real surfboard to be able to progress on.It has lots of volume throughout for catching waves and a flat rocker for faster paddling and planing. Spiral Vee on the bottom contour gives it a really nice, smooth rail to rail transitions. The little channels running out the back of the tail loosen it up nicely so its not just a flat cruiser, it moves around too.There are heaps of mid lengths out there and the Sunseeker sits kind of in the middle, not a longboard replacement and not a high performance mid but something in the middle. Ride it in waves from knee to head high and it'll put a smile on your face, we liken it to the CI Mid all the good bits but it has a little more zip off the tail.The Cord Sunseeker is a great addition to any quiver to make the most of smaller or weaker days or just to have a more relaxed take on going for a surf.Don't forget you can also order a customised version of this surfboard choosing your exact dims, fin set up and fin system, check out our customizer service at Boardshop right now.
