These Xcel Insulate-X hooded vest is the perfect way to add warmth to a tried old wetsuit or a lighter weight wetsuit.

This beauty features a Snug hood with Thermolite 3 panel lining, a stiff peak on the hood, Waffle Thermo Insulation throughout the vest adds warmth and protects your from the cold wind and also quick drying neoprene. The Flat lock seam construction prevents chafing against your skin and improves the fit.

The Insulate-X hooded wetsuit vest is a simple way to stay warm.
