The Phix Doctor Zero G Epoxy/Poly Instant UV Foam Filler for all surfboards.

Zero G foam filler is the only foam filler safe to use on both Epoxy and Polyester surfboards. Zero G is self sealing, has an endless shelf life and is heat resistant so you don't have to worry about storing in a hot car etc.

Perfect for making those repairs when the ding is deep and has impacted on the boards foam core. Build up Zero G in 6mm layers (curing in sunlight or with a UV lamp) and then seal with the plastic sheet provided before sanding when dry to a finish.

Must have addition to your repair kit.

Easy for incompetent people
So I wrote a review about four hours ago - hopefully the guys vetting it will replace with this one.
I rarely fix my own boards and have zero motivation to do deep research into a great job. I just want to fix my board and it be watertight.

This stuff is easy to use - i got completley bogged down with the use of the plastic though - my repair was on the nose and tail - i ended up using cling film which the phix doctor people said was fine, ( the plastic suplied was to firm to bend) and then i peeled off. They said this also would be fine :).

Other than the firm plastic bewilderment, the stuff is great. The company also replied to everyone of my annoying questions!........
Please don't print my surname - i need to hold onto my dignity :D

Need more info
Let me prefix this review with i rarely make my own repairs, and that because of the lockdown emails arn't always as communicative as other means. So the compond is great and easy to use, right up until the plastic application. Previously i have used clingfilm with other products and that's brilliant - but i have never left it on - Ive always peeled it off. Not sure if I should have....

Anyway this product comes with much firmer plastic , so for a nose and tail repair it just seems to spring off and wont stick. When it did stick and then i sand , the plastic comes off.
I contacted phix doctor and they said i could use clingfilm. However the nose remains withought a plastic cover.....and I can not for the life of me find someone to tell me weather this is or is not ok

Easy purchase, swift delivery and nice emails from management to say thanks. Productwise a good load of high quality kit and my board is like new again. Good measurements of equipment just enough of everything. Only snag was no sticker and one of the rubber gloves was completely mangled. Otherwise it’s great!
