If you feel the cold or regularly surf the colder waters of the UK (Scotland, the north east etc) or Scandinavia, the hooded 6mm Psycho Tech will serve you very well indeed. Hooded winter suits aren't the bulky, restricting wetsuits of the past, they've come a very long way over the last few winter seasons.

Stand out features to us are the basically stitchless make up so using tape, glue and fluid seam weld really does make a difference in the flexibility especially in the thicker colder water suits. The suit has TB4X neoprene under the arms which makes this area feel super stretchy where you need it then in the chest and back panel uses the O'Neill Air Insulated Neoprene. Granted this isn’t a new material and other brands have tried to use it but they have all failed. O'Neill has the magic sauce when it comes to the make-up and it does really last and work. The addition of Graphene in the linings is a new feature as well with this "Super Material" meant to be the future it’s good to see O’Neill’s flagship using it to help improve the radiation of heat. All in all O'Neill have thrown the kitchen sink at this suit. If you want the ultimate cold water suit that is going to fit and last its worth putting on the shortlist.
