Brilliant all-rounder for the older surfer!
After 40 years spent surfing, including a couple running surf shops, I can say I was hugely impressed by Boardshop. They know their stuff, have a huge inventory and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Straight to my UK no 1!
The board is as good as they promised; I was a little concerned that with 44l of volume I wouldn't be able to duck dive it, but on its first outing in 6-8 ft waves with a 48knot onshore, I thankfully realised I can. For frame of reference I'm 80kg at the moment (winter plumage). The next day it proved its worth in 2-3ft mush, giving me a far higher wave-count than either of my kids!

top notch service from an ocd surfer who likes his sled on repeat.. few things I asked to query on the board regarding setup etc that I requested which make a big difference to me personally and the back and forth on the feedback was top notch despite my feeling like a pain I was given nothing but excellent back and forth feedback until I was absolutely certain that boardshop had a custom order that was on point and I was left to sit back relax and see them deliver that with absolutely no hiccups or problems whatsoever…VERY PROFESSIONAL.
