It doesn't matter who you deal with at Boardshop, from Ian to maybe even a customer answering the phone when the guys are busy, everyone has time for you and you always seem to learn something.
Trade-In was a very easy process considering all you gotta do is package your old board in the packaging your new one just arrived in and send it back.
As for the board... if you can't catch a wave on a Catch Surf surfboard then you really need to find a new hobby.

SUPER FUN BOARD
So ordered this last week, turned up next day promised and had first surf with it Saturday. It was perfect for my aspiring 8 year old who was up and running on it first wave. Easy to paddle, light and like all foamy’s indestructible it seems. Where it is different to the average foamy is that it is stiffer and much nearer to a regular glass board in feel. I am way outside of the weight limits suggested at 110kgs and it floats me well and I sneaked four or five waves at waist to shoulder high once my son had finished his little session. It turned well and was super fun with a surprising turn of speed and lots of glide. I am a competent intermediate and loved the board and now will be wrestling with my son for who gets to surf it. As the guys at Boardshop promised pefect for my little one to start out in the water with and also great for me to play on in small stuff. I now wouldn’t mind surfing this in bigger stuff as it’s such a fun shape!
