DING-AID was founded in 2020 by a team of surfers with over 20 years’ experience across medical science, chemistry and surfboard fabrication. Their mission is simple: reduce the stress, downtime and frustration that comes with damaging your board, and get you back in the water fast.
Designed by surfers, for surfers, DING-AID products focus on quality, simplicity and real-world usability. The range offers a smart, complementary repair solution using specially developed resin and high-durability repair stickers. Used together, they provide enhanced protection for most common dings, or can be applied individually depending on the damage.
DING-AID resin is not standard surfboard resin. It’s engineered specifically for ding repair, curing quickly, bonding reliably and applying easily. It’s safe for both epoxy and polyester boards (not suitable for soft-tops or plastic boards). The stickers aren’t regular vinyl either, when applied to a clean surface, they can outlast the board itself.
Suitable for surfboards, SUPs, kiteboards, windsurfers and foil boards, DING-AID is ideal for small cracks, pressure dings, and nose or tail damage. It’s not intended for broken boards or fin boxes.
