Alder softboard surfboards have a soft deck with a foam core and stringer. The bottom is a hard plastic skin with a soft safe rubber fin system. The soft deck and fins is an obvious choice for all beginners and kids. All the fun or learning to surf without the downside of any nasty knocks with a hard board.
