We have one main aim which is for Boardshop to be the biggest and best online board sports store on the planet! We are working around the clock to bring you all the latest surf, skate, and snow product available.

The team behind Boardshop all surf, and board (the younger ones still skate). We also own http://www.hardcloud.com and have all been involved in running websites for the last 5 years so we all have a pretty clear idea of what is needed. Customer service is important to everyone so rest assured we will break our backs to sort problems, answer emails, make sure you get your stuff on time etc.

Ian Madden (Big E)
12 years experience in surf/skate/snow retail. Founder of the first proper action sports website...got bored. Surfs (badly), wakeboards (less badly) used to skate Southsea in the days of the Abrooks, likes holidays to hot places.
In summary - athletic (skinny), nose 80% of total body weight, funny (yeah right)

Roger Moon (Scrawn)
10 years abusing computers, 5 years in the surf/skate trade. Founded the first proper action sports website with Ian a few years ago, now seeks new challenge! Surfs too much (poo stance), hates snow! Well known for wearing elasticated waist cargo pants well into his twenties but thankfully now cured.
In summary - funny, has upgraded to a house with stairs, is worried about hair loss.

Clive Milverton (Lofty)
Likes going naked fishing with his brother, surfing, mountain biking, motorbikes and birds (feathered variety). Hard working and conscientious he is a solid fixture in the team.
In summary - doesn't like dwarf jokes, strong, short legs.

Jonny Day (The Airedale)
7 years experience in the watersports industry also loves kitesurfing and surfing. Has tried London life but has returned to his passion of the action sports industry and the coast. Has also spent a good few years abusing computers and works on our online marketing as well as a bit of everything else we can throw at him!
In summary - fields different facial hair weekly, likes a laugh, loves holidays.

Tony Gainsbrough (Big T)
After a stint making chocolates and working for Sky, our very own resident music man DJ slack shot joined the every growing cloud. Likes music a lot and his brain is better than any Wikipedia discography, likes kayaking and the sea, hates being cold and always wears a jacket in doors!
In summary - never makes tea, loves food and enjoys the quiet life in his castle.

Duran Searle (Duranoff, D-Ran, Duuran)
Trained in England and refined in Australia, our travelling graphics genius is also head of the graphics team. Likes to see Friday 5.30pm and an evening out with the boys planning there next adventure, occasionally has meetings with hard inanimate objects. Super hardworking and always delivers on time.
In summary - bit of a joker, has plenty of stories and wants to be a surfer really.

Chris Moore (Jedward)
Chris is a longstanding member of the team and we are glad to have him on board. The full time graphics maestro and computer nerd knows what needs to be done. We have learnt that this one is a sarcastic genius and waits until you least expect it to drop in some comedy gold.
In summary - Doesn't like wearing shorts, enjoys kick dancing

Dave Robertson (Big Dave)
Dave is the newest member at the cloud working under the watchful eye of Duran/Chris as our graphics junior. Loves kitesurfing (he's good), his car and also enjoys an evening on the Xbox with wittering crew.
In summary - Likes biscuits, will be surfing by the time we have finished with him!
