We have one main aim which is for Boardshop to be the biggest and best online board sports store on the planet! We are working around the clock to bring you all the latest surf, skate, and snow product available.

The team behind Boardshop all surf, snowboard, (the younger ones still skate). We also own http://www.hardcloud.com and have all been involved in running websites for the last 10 years so we all have a pretty clear idea of what is needed. Customer service is important to everyone so rest assured we will break our backs to sort problems, answer emails, make sure you get your stuff on time etc.

Ian Madden (Big E)

12 years experience in surf/skate/snow retail. Founder of the first proper action sports website... got bored. Surfs (badly), wakeboards (less badly) used to skate Southsea in the days of the Abrooks, likes holidays to hot places.

In summary:

Athletic (skinny), nose 80% of total body weight, funny (yeah right)

Roger Moon (Scrawn)

10 years abusing computers, 5 years in the surf/skate trade. Founded the first proper action sports website with Ian a few years ago, now seeks new challenge! Surfs a lot (poo stance), hates snow!

In summary:

Funny, has upgraded to a house with stairs, is worried about hair loss.

Clive Milverton (Lofty)

Likes going naked fishing with his brother, surfing, mountain biking, motorbikes and birds (feathered variety). Hard working and conscientious he is a solid fixture in the team.

In summary:

Doesn't like dwarf jokes, immensely strong despite his short legs.

Tony Gainsborough (Big T)

After running his own radio station for 4 and half years, our very own resident music man DJ Tony SlackShot joined the ever growing cloud. Likes music a lot and his brain is better than any Wikipedia discography, likes kayaking and the sea, hates being cold and always wears a jacket in doors!

In summary:

Never makes tea, loves food and enjoys the quiet life in his castle.

James Clarke (Cleatus)

Warehouse supremo James is American. He talks about trash cans, gas stations, dumpsters and gridiron. He's also the most tattooed person in East Wittering. Family man James also models stuff for us and various 'special interest' magazines.

In summary:

You'd cross the street if you saw him coming!

Aaron W (Azza)

Head of Graphics, Azza is without doubt the coolest guy at Boardshop... And also in charge of all the web stuff so can write pretty much anything he wants here. Handsome, smart and the best surfer at Cloud HQ. Oh, and he makes a killer cuppa...

In summary:

As above, handsome, smart, athletic, and the best surfer south of Watford.

Mike (Smike)

Shiny new member of the customer services team, Mike probably out trends anyone here... even Big E. So much so he cycles 7-mile journey every day in his tight jeans and stripy t shirt.

In summary:

Organises a vegan crunk night. Just one gear on his fixie bike.

Tom (Chef)

The Chef used to cook stuff now he does warehouse things. He currently has the most incredible hair in Europe, he'd make a brilliant tranny. Sure to be married soon. Hobbies listed only as smoking.

In summary:

The Mr Ben of the warehouse world has the coolest bike. Better than Mike's.

Ellie Jones (Jellie)

Newest member of the marketing team. By all accounts, Ellie is a girl. Spends weekends at downhill mountain bike events, takes a few photos too - and likes Cider. More to come from Ellie as we find out what makes her tick!
