Description

The Futures AM3 Small Honeycomb thruster fin was commissioned by Channel Islands Surfboards shaper Al Merrick with a medium flex pattern suited to smaller riders (48 - 70kg +) to excel in a wide variety of conditions.

The AM3's wide base gives controlled drive, while the pronounced rake encourages long drawn out powerful turns on the face of the wave. The AM3 has a finer tip than normal which allows the fin to release in the top turn. The lightweight hexagonal core gives these fins the feel of glass-ons, stiffer than the Blackstix Series but with a little more flex than Fibreglass.
