WHAT WE SAY ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
A short and stubby tri-fin, the Channel Islands Biscuit design was developed with Rob Machado. Like Rob, the Biscuit rides free and easy in the smallest surf and catches waves like boards a foot longer. Rob says "foam is your friend, don't be scared of it. A little bit of extra foam here and there is good for the soul and your surfing".
The Biscuit is a very versatile board, perfect for summer waves when the swell is weak and waves small (Rob has been seen riding his biscuit in knee high Florida slop and also well overhead Chilean points). Not all of us want to ride longboards or mini-mals but struggle on our preferred equipment when the conditions are less than perfect. The flat rocker, extra width and volume will instantly 'up' your wave-count and really put a smile back on your face.
Order your biscuit 8" shorter, 1" to 2" wider and 1/2" to 3/4" thicker than your everyday shortboard.
"The driving force behind Channel Islands Surfboards is the demand on design created by the world's greatest surfers, allowing for the highest performance surfing possible. To provide the most dedicated surfers with the most advanced, performance designs is my passion" - Al Merrick, Designer/Shaper
