Mail Order Assistant

We are looking for a mail order assistant to work with the mail order department of Hardcloud. The suitable applicant will be working on customer service, order processing, and assisting uploading our products onto third part websites, amongst other tasks.

Duties will include:

-Processing orders
-Fraud prevention
-Handling of customer service enquiries online
-Handling of customer service enquiries over the phone
-Assisting the marketing department in uploading our products onto third party websites


To be successful you will have:

-An understanding of the online Mail Order environment
-Good PC literacy
-Good time management
-Ability to deal with customer professionally over the phone or via e-mail
-Ability to work well under pressure

Graphics Designer

We are looking for a graphics designer to work within the graphics department of Hardcloud. The suitable applicant will be working on product photography, website population, creating graphics for websites, basic html, amongst other tasks.

Duties will include:

Digital product photography
Publish of products online
Creating e-mail marketing newsletters
Creating all marketing content for our websites
Maintaining social media
Basic html

To be successful you will have:

Experience of real life and still digital photography and image manipulation
Good PC literacy

- Photoshop - essential
- Dreamweaver (or other basic html editor) - essential

Good time management
Working knowledge of html and css
Flare for online graphic design and an interest in e-commerce design
Ability to work well under pressure
Good attention to detail.

Warehouse Operative

We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to provide efficient and professional support to the warehouse manager in order processing and general warehouse duties.

Duties will include:

Stock in Processing
Pick and Pack Orders
Return Goods back into stock
Stock Checks
Despatch Processing
Maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse

To be successful you will have:

Good PC literacy
Good time management
Ability to accurately pick and pack orders
Ability to work well under pressure
Good attention to detail.

Male and Female Models Wanted

We are looking for some new models to help use with our new spring/summer 2011 clothing selection. The Job will be based in East Wittering, West Sussex.

You will be required to model the following:

Clothing - T-shirts, shorts ect.
Wetsuits
Accessories

To be successful you will have to:

Live local.
Have a good level of availability.
Some modelling experience (although not necessary)
Good time management.
A good figure!
