Delivery - Ok how do we get you your stuff? Boardshop.co.uk will despatch your order within one working day of it being placed subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri (excluding public holidays etc). Items can be delivered on our next working day or two working day (48 hour) as long as they are ordered before 14:00 hours (Mon - Fri). Delivery costs are based on the length and weight of items. We have two different delivery cost structures. One for surfboards / snowboards and a second for all other items. The delivery cost for an item on boardshop is shown at the bottom of every product page. The delivery costs for surfboards and snowboards are as follows: TNT Next Working Day - UK Mainland only - £9.99 The delivery costs for all other items (clothing, luggage, etc) are as follows: Standard UK Delivery - Approx 3-5 working days - £2.95 Orders sent for next day or two day delivery will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order. When purchasing please select the postage option that is applicable to your order. For clothing & luggage etc we cannot accept next day or two day (48 hour) deliveries to the following postcodes. IM - Isle Of Man, BT - Belfast, IV - Inverness, PH - Inverness, PA - Renfrewshire, KY - Kirkcaldy, KW - Orkney Isles. TR20,21,22,23 - Truro, HS - Isle Of Lewis, ZE - shetland, GY - Guernsey, JE - Jersey All next day or two day orders (for clothing & luggage etc) to these postcodes will be amended to 3-5 day delivery @ £2.95. Returns must be UNUSED with the ORIGINAL TAGS attached, in the ORIGINAL BAG and in a resalable condition.
Our full returns policy outlined is below. What if I need to send something back for exchange or refund? It's not a problem, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be exchanged or the cost of the item(s) refunded. (Please note refunds are made back to the original card the transaction was made with). All purchases on Boardshop.co.uk are covered by a 14 day exchange or refund guarantee. Basically if you don't dig it, or you need to swap it please follow the process below. In all return correspondence please quote or have to hand your - Order ID/Order number, the items you wish to return (size, quantity etc), and let us know if you would like an exchange or refund. Then choose option A or B. A. Please e-mailinfo@Boardshop.co.uk marking the subject as – Return and your “Order ID” or B. Please call 0844 415 7818 to request your unique returns number. This returns number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package sent back to us. You can return your order, to the address above, within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Returns older than 14 days will not be accepted, unless agreed by Boardshop in advance. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requiresa signature upon delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition including tags & packaging. If goods are not returned in the condition in which you received themwe reserve the right to refuse such returns or exchanges. (Examples – dog hair, makeup, smoke smell etc). We will refund you any money you have paid us for the product(s) being returned, or provide you with a same cost alternative if required. The original postage cost is not refundable under normal circumstances. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. If you return an item to us that is faulty or have a problem order of any kind, we will pay for the cost of the return postage. Non-refundable items – Please note Boardshop.co.uk does not accept / allow refunds or exchanges on underwear (e.g. boxer shorts, pants) for hygiene reasons, so please select your size carefully. |
